Team Requirements

To ensure fair play and smooth league operations, all teams must adhere to the following roster guidelines upon registration:

• Roster Size Limits:
• Minimum: 7 players (required minimum active roster).
• Maximum: 12 players (recommended size is 7–9 players to ensure ample playing time and active substitutions).
• Player Eligibility & Registration:
• All players must be officially listed on the team roster before taking the field.
• Every participant must digitally sign the league liability waiver prior to the first game.
• Players may only register and play for one team per division.
• Roster Freezes:
• Rosters are locked at the conclusion of Week 3 of the regular season. No roster additions or modifications are permitted after this deadline.
• Playoff Eligibility:
• To be eligible for the postseason, a player must be on the locked roster and have played in at least two regular-season games.

Game Day Note: Teams must have at least 5 players present at game time. A 10-minute grace period will be given before a forfeit is officially declared.

Flag Football Uniform & Equipment Requirements

1. Team Jerseys & Apparel

• Color Matching: Team captains will select a color at registration. All players on a team must provide and wear jerseys or shirts of the identical color. Free agents will be designated a team color prior to the start of the season.
• Shorts: Shorts pockets MUST have zippers; no pockets are preferred.
