Team Requirements<\/h2>\n

To ensure fair play and smooth league operations, all teams must adhere to the following roster guidelines upon registration:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Roster Size Limits:<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Minimum:<\/strong> 7 players (required minimum active roster).<\/li>\n
  • Maximum:<\/strong> 12 players (recommended size is 7\u20139 players to ensure ample playing time and active substitutions).<\/li>\n
  • Player Eligibility & Registration:<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • All players must be officially listed on the team roster before taking the field.<\/li>\n
  • Every participant must digitally sign the league liability waiver prior to the first game.<\/li>\n
  • Players may only register and play for one team<\/strong> per division.<\/li>\n
  • Roster Freezes:<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Rosters are locked at the conclusion of Week 3<\/strong> of the regular season. No roster additions or modifications are permitted after this deadline.<\/li>\n
  • Playoff Eligibility:<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • To be eligible for the postseason, a player must be on the locked roster and have played in at least two regular-season games<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Game Day Note:<\/strong> Teams must have at least 5 players present at game time. A 10-minute grace period will be given before a forfeit is officially declared.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    Flag Football Uniform & Equipment Requirements<\/h2>\n

    1. Team Jerseys & Apparel<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Color Matching:<\/strong> Team captains will select a color at registration. All players on a team must provide and wear jerseys or shirts of the identical color. Free agents will be designated a team color prior to the start of the season.<\/li>\n
    • Shorts:<\/strong> Shorts pockets MUST have zippers; no pockets are preferred. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
